By placing an order on the Shreshtam website you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they cover ordering, pricing, delivery, intellectual property, and general product information.
1. Acceptance of terms
By browsing or purchasing on the Shreshtam website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and that you accept these terms in full.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise. We may refuse or cancel an order because of stock issues, pricing errors or suspected misuse; if we cancel your order, we will let you know and refund any amount you have paid.
3. Delivery
We ship across India. Our estimated delivery time is 7 days, and any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order. You can pay online or choose cash on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.
4. Returns & refunds
Every Shreshtam® product is covered by the Shreshtam® Guarantee: if, for any reason, an item doesn't meet your expectations, we'll give you a full refund. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.
5. Product information
We make every effort to show product descriptions, images and prices accurately. Our pickles, powders and kondattams are handmade in small batches, so minor variations in colour, texture or appearance can occur between batches. Please read the label, ingredients and storage instructions on the pack before use.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, the Shreshtam name and logo, and product designs — belongs to Shreshtam. Please do not reuse it without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
